History.
Over the last eight years The Icon Group Managing Director, Paul Reid, has proven continual and significant capital growth through his residential and commercial real estate acquisition strategy; turning over $300m and transacting over 1,000 titles since the company’s inception in 2009.
Mr Reid’s extensive industry connections and innate knowledge of the Auckland market has allowed him to consistently execute successful add value real estate deals.
The Icon Group’s apartment trading company ‘Iconicity’ formed in 2009 and became the largest private buyer and seller of second hand apartments in Auckland. Such was the rate of growth that the company was placed 13th in the Deloitte Fast 50 awards in 2012.
In 2014 The Icon Group moved to a focus on inner city commercial real estate where Mr Reid identified the coming boom in rents and real estate values via cap rate suppression. Among many other successful commercial add value projects, The Icon Group has most recently successfully revitalised the K’ Road area with the award winning St. Kevins Arcade development.
